Robotic iBot Wheelchair

iBot Wheelchair by Johnson & Johnson

I thought that this was a great design for people who are wheelchair bound, and felt compelled to write an article about it.

This robotic wheelchair is capable of going up a full flight of stairs, over rugged terrain, and also balance on the rear two wheels to gain extra height. For a full list of capabilities, demonstration videos, or to schedule a free test drive check out the website below.

Specs:
4-Wheel Drive System
Balance on two wheels
Climb a full flight of stairs
Low enough to fit under office desks

Retail Cost: $26,100 (Insurance may cover part of the cost)
