From The Observer
The movie is about a single character and dozens of supporting characters that create a movie that is interactive and dynamically integrated with the Internet that is about a movie that is interactive and dynamically integrated with the Internet and the real world. The movie interfaces and merges with reality.
The movie actually involves the audience watching it and they actually participate in the unfolding of the plot, which is almost akin to being outside time and space. This movie breaks all precedents and boundaries that have previously contained the entertainment industry. This breaking of boundaries sounds very much like the premise of infinite play.
What is odd is one is not sure if it is fiction or reality, because the movie itself is real but it is a fiction about a movie that is real even though it is fiction. It uses the world as it’s set and all the players in the world become it’s actors.
What is fascinating is the fictional movie begins to merge with the real world and starts to become real.
A bit hard to grasp but the Feature Presentation will be well worth the wait. I think it is the first movie that the making of the movie is part of the movie. If that is possible in reality but perhaps this is taking place outside of space and time.
The movie is also tied in with games, prizes, hunts for treasure both the tangible and intangible kind.
I look forward to seeing how they are going to pull it off, I hope I am in it, but I guess technically I AM.
I got my key and my first surpriZe.
