The Source and the Ego Connected as One

Many of those not true to source, not truly able to interpret with the understanding of the absolute, some mere repeaters and distorters, would have one attempt to get rid of the ego, a crucial component in this theme of existence as articulated in the Infinite Play. It is not that one eliminates the ego but rather one connects it to the source. As awareness grows the connection grows to the source and the infinite capabilities become available to what had only finite capability. The source and the Ego become One dissolving the ego as a separate entity yet retaining independent free agency. The lion lays down with the lamb ~Teachings from the Infinite Player in the Infinite Play

You were born as One into the world, and the world was divided with words which were used to create an illusion in your mind and you were made separate from the source by a world of fiction. ~The Infinite Play

One should respect all religions.

Although they are man made constructs, they have as their basis spirituality, truth and wisdoms with a lot of extra dressings. But many have been tainted by the side of man that is not spiritual and more so the interpretation rather than the great books themselves.

They have all served a Divine purpose, and were pertinent to a certain point on the path and time and place.

They have not been without value, and still contain the foundations once one trims off the dressings.

For what the Great Books may appear to say may not be what they really say.

We need spirituality not religion

There is a difference.

To borrow some thought from Richard...

Religion is a man made construct. It is not something created by God or some divine intelligence. It is man made and therefore since man is fallible so is religion.
--Richard

My thought,
So much of what Albert Einstein conveyed to humanity is not in it's active consciouness. What are they teaching in school?

Why are our heads filled with E=MC2 and not what is below? What is going on here?

"Not a single page of Buddhist history has ever been lurid with the light of inquisitorial fires, or darkened with the smoke of heretic or heathen cities ablaze, or red with the blood of the guiltless victims of religious hatred. Buddhism wields only one sword, the sword of Wisdom, and recognizes only one enemy - ignorance. -- Prof. Bapat "2500 years of Buddhism"

"The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should transcend a personal God and avoid dogmas and theology. Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a meaningful unity. Buddhism answers this description." -- Albert Einstein
